Acceptance

By placing an order on dreamcube.shop you accept these terms. You must be over 18 and have legal capacity to contract.

Products and prices

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or description errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and you may confirm it at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Product availability is subject to stock. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Order process

You will receive confirmation by email. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is confirmed.

Invoicing

We issue invoices on request. Email info@dreamcube.shop with your order number and tax details.

Product safety

The products we sell comply with applicable European regulation. Manufacturer and EU responsible person details appear on each product page, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on General Product Safety.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Spanish and European law.
