Where we ship

We currently ship to mainland Spain and the European Union.

Delivery times

Times are estimates and start from order confirmation, not from purchase. They exclude public holidays.

Shipping costs

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

If something goes wrong

If your order does not arrive within the stated time, email info@dreamcube.shop with your order number. We handle the claim with the carrier ourselves: chasing them is not your job.

If the package arrives damaged, photograph it before opening if you can, and tell us within [X] days.
