Right of withdrawal

If you bought as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving a reason and without penalty.

The period expires 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, received the last of the products in the order.

How to withdraw

Email us at info@dreamcube.shop with your order number and a statement that you wish to withdraw. An unambiguous statement before the deadline is enough. You may also use the withdrawal form in Annex A of the Spanish consolidated Consumer Protection Act, though it is not mandatory.

We will confirm receipt of your request without delay.

Returning the product

You must return the product without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days of telling us you are withdrawing.

The direct cost of return is yours, unless the product arrives faulty or is not what you ordered.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refund

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days of you telling us you are withdrawing.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back, or until you supply evidence of having returned it, whichever comes first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used, at no additional cost to you.

If you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option we offer, we are not obliged to refund the difference.

Faulty products and legal guarantee

Separately from the right of withdrawal, products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity provided under Spanish and European law. If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, email info@dreamcube.shop with photographs and your order number and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery, nor to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
